The last days of school are still just around the corner
for some so I thought I'd share how I made the end
of the year both meaningful and memorable,
but most of all FUN with these
10 ways to give your students a Superhero send-off!
Hold An Award Ceremony
Send off your superheroes in style by holding a ceremony to
to close out the year and send them soaring into the next grade!

Acknowledge Your Superheroes
Acknowledge your students and all their hard work by
presenting themwith these unique superpower awards.
Choose from 32 color or black and white awards in both boy
and girl styles. The included planning pages and clickable
table of contents make planning, printing, and presenting a snap!
Make Memories With A Photo Booth
My class went ga-ga over our Gotham City photo booth!
They all took turns getting their picture taken individually
and with their friends! Use this photo booth kit along with some
black butcher paper to make a simple city with construction paper windows.
Wear Capes!
Cut plastic table cloths from the dollar store in half
so your superheroes can wear a cape!
Send Home A Keepsake Card
I used these editable keepsake cards to commemorate
the day and share it with parents and to include a
special message from me to each of my superheroes.
Use the red signs for a first day of school photo or
the blue signs for a last day photo.
Make the Memories Last
Use these superhero themed memory books for grades K-1 or
grades 2-3 for students to write about the highlights
of their year and describe their learning superpowers
as well as the power of their words, friendship,
laughter, kindness, and respect.
Reflect On Accomplishments
Use this superhero mask and shield booklet for K-1 students to
reflect on their accomplishments and write about how
they developed their learning superpowers!

Or make these superhero boys and girls to display your students'
writing about the accomplishment they are most proud of.

about how they developed this superpower!

give them their awards.
Remind Them to Read
Pass out superhero bookmarks to remind your students
to read over the summer!
Show Your Appreciation
Show your appreciation to office staff, teachers, and
parent volunteers for all of their help and support of your class!
Say Thank You!
Say thank you from your class with these editable thank you cards!
